Accademia Italiana is situated by the seaside in Salerno (South of Italy), next to the famous Amalfi Coast.

Course information and details

Italian General Courses run all year round with a programme divided into 6 levels, according to the Common European Framework, from absolute beginners to advanced level (A1-C2). Classes run from Monday to Friday and each lesson has a duration of 45 minutes.

The classes are made up of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 students, therefore creating a group environment in which the teacher can follow the linguistic progress of each individual student.

The school offers different solutions for the accommodation in Salerno: in Italian host-families, in shared apartment, in hotels.

Accommodation is in the city centre within walking distance from the school ( max 20/25 minutes walking).

A special “housing office” in the school assigns each student his/her preferred accommodation. Our office has the task to check and inspect the assigned accommodation in order to guarantee the quality and the fulfillment of student requirements.

Lodgings are available to students from the Sunday prior to the course start date (from 12.00) until the Saturday (10.00) after the course. (Extra days must be requested at the moment of enrolment).

Accommodation includes: sleeping facilities, required meals, bed linen and blankets, water, gas and electricity consumption.
