General English course in Dublin

The Standard Course aims to improve your competence in general English. The course provides systematic practice in the four main areas of language learning: reading, writing, speaking and listening.

The first session concentrates on stabilizing and improving present knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. The second session is fluency based, improving the communication skills of each client.

  • Lessons: 20 general English lessons per week
  • Timetable: 09:30 – 13:10hrs, Monday to Friday
  • Class size: Maximum of 14, average of 10
  • Enrollment: Every Monday (All year round)

Business English course in Dublin

Our Standard Plus Business Course is a more intensive general English Language Course with 26 weekly lessons. Tuition is taken in the mornings with the Standard English Language Course. The additional 6 afternoon lessons introduce the specialized language of business English. Students must have at least an intermediate English level.

  • Lessons: 20 general + 6 business English lessons per week
  • Timetable: 09:30 – 13:10hrs, Monday to Friday & 14.00 – 16.45 hrs, Monday and Wednesday
  • Class size: Maximum of 14, average of 10
  • Levels available: Intermediate to Advanced
  • Enrollment: Every Monday (All year round)

Available All Year. This modern residence is located a short walk from the City Center & The Horner School.   Exclusively sold to students of The Horner School of  English.  Students hold a key to the residence and to their own bedroom.

  • LOCATION: South City Center, 20 mins walk to Grafton Street &  Horner School.  Well serviced city center location with coffee shops, restaurants, food  market, banks post office etc. all within the immediate surrounding area.
  • BEDROOMS: 5 bedrooms all with private bathroom (shower, toilet and sink),  built in wardrobes.  Bed linen, duvet, towels supplied.
  • KITCHEN: Fully fitted kitchen with 2 cooking stations,  fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, pot, pans, cutlery & crockery. Table & chairs.
  • LAUNDRY AREA: 2 washing machines / dryers, iron, ironing board, mop, sweeping brush and a vacuum cleaner.
  • CLEANING: Bedrooms are cleaned before your arrival.  The common areas of the residence are cleaned once each week.
  • ARRIVAL: Saturday or Sunday (times by arrangement).  You will be met at Dublin Airport and transferred to the apartment.  This is the only way to arrange collection of the keys for this property.
  • DEPARTURE: Saturday or Sunday.  Security deposit will be returned subject to the room/residence being in a clean and good condition.
  • INTERNET CONNECTION: Wireless connection provided free of charge.
