Tudor Hall is a small, independent school run and owned by experienced TEFL professionals.

We focus on academic excellence with the element of fun that will leave students with improved English and fantastic memories of their visit.

Tudor Hall specialises in Exam preparation all year round, but also runs successful general English courses and a great summer Teen programme.

The Tudor Hall is a charming building situated in the wooded grounds of an established Bournemouth Church.

Eleven miles of golden beach are just minutes’ walk on one side, and Bournemouth multicultural town centre on the other.

This is the town to be if you want to learn English in a beautiful, metropolitan setting – ranking with London and higher than Brighton as England’s most popular destinations for foreign learners.

The English Course in Bournemouth Consists of:

General English Course in Bournemouth: 20 lessons
Intensive English Course in Bournemouth: 30 lessons
Up to a maximum of 12 students per class (Average: 8 students)
Students with some level of English will be able to start any Monday

Key Staff

Our Principal, Sarah, managed one of Bournemouth’s most established learning centres before moving to Tudor Hall, and is a Young Learner expert with global experience. She is also a CELTA qualified teacher.

Our Academic Manager, Jenny, is an IELTS examiner with 30 years in the teaching profession. She has taught at all levels and has been successfully preparing students for academic exams for decades. She is Cambridge Diploma qualified.

Course offerings

Tudor Hall offers excellence in exam preparation, great general English courses and an inspirational Teen programme.

Our home tuition courses, too, are very popular indeed. In addition, we are able to offer bespoke 1:1 services and web-based lessons (individual and group) on application.

Accommodation

Tudor Hall accommodation is handpicked by our Client Welfare Officer, Alison. We choose host families who will offer warm support to our students, home cooking and conversation.

All our families are within a short bus ride of the school and have been checked fully by the authorities, so parents can rest easy. For those adults who desire more independent accommodation, we are able to provide details of a range of self-catering apartments, student residences, bed and breakfasts, and local hotels.
