English summer school: English courses in the traditional town of Chichester
Chichester is a small city in the south of England, approximately half-way between Portsmouth and Brighton and just a 2 hour drive from London. The impressive city centre stands on the foundations of an ancient Roman-British city and quite a lot of its medieval city walls are still in place. The streets have kept their cross-shaped layout, radiating outwards from the famous medieval market cross leading to the North, South, East and West shopping streets with their small shops and cafés.
Your English summer school is based on the Bishop Otter Campus of the University of Chichester, just a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre. Spend your summer holidays in an international atmosphere on this very attractive campus – join the numerous activities organized by our team, or use the great sports facilities. Chichester also benefits from being close to the great beaches of Bognor Regis and West Wittering and public transport takes you there in about 15 minutes.
- Great sports facilities on campus
- High standard en-suite accommodation
- Close to London and the seaside
*Weekly Saturday arrivals and departures from 2nd July until 20th August 2011
