There are also three railway stations in Manchester, with fast and frequent trains to and from many destinations including London and many cities throughout Great Britain.
Besides studying in a great city, you may also enjoy some of the most beautiful countryside in England: the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, York, Chester are all easily accessible from Manchester and offer a more traditional and picturesque view of the British way of life.

Our staff is always available to help our students with any queries they may have, whether it be finding the best pub in Manchester or giving details of how best to get to historical York.
During break times, students can visit the “Student Corner” to check their emails in the computer area or look at What’s on in Manchester. Free wi-fi access is available to all our students throughout the school.

ACCORD Manchester provides a variety of options for your stay in Manchester, to suit your requirements.
Homestay accommodation is a great way to continue practising and improving your English outside the classroom. It is also an excellent way of experiencing the British way of life and culture.
We carefully select our host families all located within easy reach of the school.
Residence**
Manchester’s halls of residence are centrally located and very convenient to all amenities. All single rooms are with en-suite bathrooms. There is also access to a communal kitchen and lounge.
Car parking and broadband internet connection are available at an additional charge.
Note: The university halls of residence are only available in July and August.
Hotels
There are many hotels available near the school from luxury to budget accommodation. Prices and locations upon request.
